Shuttle Service

Shuttle service between Venice - San Marco and the San Giorgio Island from Monday to Friday is organized for all the Participants to the Conference and for Exhibitors. The meeting point for the shuttle is located close to San Marco Area, in Riva degli Schiavoni, facing the Vittorio Emanuele Monument.

The following runs are scheduled:

Monday 20th and Tuesday 21st
San Marco - San Giorgio 08:15
San Giorgio - San Marco 18:30

wednesday 22nd
San Marco - San Giorgio 08:15
San Giorgio - San Marco 14:00

Thursday 23rd
San Marco - San Giorgio 08:15
San Giorgio - San Marco 18:30

Friday 24th:
San Marco - San Giorgio 08:15
San Giorgio - San Marco 13:30

Registration Information

The Symposium Registration Desk is open according to the following schedule:

Sunday 19th 15:00 - 19:00 (recommended for unregistered Participants)

Monday 20th to Thursday 23rd

08:15 - 18:00
Friday 24th 08:15 - 13:30

The Registered Participants will receive a personal name badge to access the Conference Venue. The badges allow you to access to the Symposium Venue and to the social programme events:

Welcome Reception Palazzo Ducale Monday 20th 19:00

Sacred Music Concert Basilica di San Marco Tuesday 21st 20:30 (if booked)
Symposium Banquet Hotel Excelsior Thursday 23rd 20:30

The badges must be shown to the Symposium Organization Staff.

Special badges will be distributed to Accompanying Persons, to Industrial and R&D Exhibitors and to the Satellite Meeting Attendees.
Please note that:

Accompanying Person Badge allows to Enjoy the Welcome Reception.

Exhibitor Badge allows to enjoy the coffee breaks and the Welcome Reception.
Satellite Attendee Badge allows to enjoy the coffee breaks.

Invitation card for Sacred Music Concert and Symposium Banquet must be shown to the staff upon request.

All Participants and Accompanying Persons are required to wear the badge and/or to keep with them the invitation cards at all times. If you loose badges or invitation cards, please inform immediately the Conference Registration Desk.

Packed lunch reservation

Packed lunches can be ordered by contacting softregistration@oltrex.it, at the cost of 17 Euro each.
Payment can be made by credit card.

Please take note that no eating facilities are present in San Giorgio Island.
